The greatest resource at NBACC/BNBI is its outstanding staff. BNBI is proud that 35% of our team have been employed with us for 10 or more years. Continuously available applied science capabilities require a work environment that is productive and actively manages the prevention of interruptions caused by errors, accidents, non-compliance, and re-work.
The NBACC will continue to emphasize a culture of responsibility that begins with safety and extends expectations for rule following and human reliability (e.g., identification and remediation of error precursors) to all areas—science, operations, and outreach.
